	For Jowar (Marketing Season, 2004-2005)
	For Bajra (Marketing Season, 2004-2005)
	For Maize (Marketing Season, 2004-2005)
	For Ragi (Marketing Season, 2004-2005)

The Department of Food & Public Distribution under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution has been undertaking a number of programmes for monitoring the quality of the foodgrains being procured by FCI and state agencies for Central Pool for distribution under PDS and also to improve the storage practices at farm and commercial level to minimise post harvest grain losses. These activities are being carried out by the S&R division of the Department.
