CIRCULAR
Sub: Filling up of the post of Junior Cost Accounts Officer on deputation basis.
Applications are invited in the prescribed proforma, through proper channel for the post of Junior Cost Accounts Officer (General Central Service, Group ‘B’ Gazetted Non-Ministerial) in the pay scale of PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs.4200 (pre-revised pay of Rs.6500-200-10500/-) in the Directorate of Sugar, Department of Food & Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution.

: On deputation basis
: Officers of the Central Government holding analogous post; or with three years service in the post in the scale of pay of PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs.4200 (pre-revised pay of Rs.5500-175-9000/-) or equivalent; or with eight years service in post in the scale of pay of PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay or Rs.2800 (pre-revised pay of Rs.4500-125-7000/-) or equivalent; and having passed at least the Intermediate Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or equivalent preferably with background knowledge of the working of Sugar Industry.
: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/Department shall not ordinarily exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be, not exceeding 56 years as on closing date of receipt of application.
5. The pay and allowances of the officer will be governed by the instructions issued by the Government from time to time.
6. Application in the prescribed proforma along with the complete and up to date CR Dossiers of eligible officers who could be spared in the event of their selection may be sent to the Under Secretary, Directorate of Sugar, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Department of Food & Public Distribution, 11/11, Jamnagar House, New Delhi-110011 within 60 days of issue/publication of this advertisement. While sending the applications it may be verified and certified that the particulars furnished by the Officer are correct and also that no disciplinary case is pending or being contemplated against the Officer.
7. Ordinarily, selected candidate will not be allowed to seek repatriation before completing 3 years.
